Game Operations Engineer

Keep our published titles running smoothly — deployments, monitoring, live ops.

About the Role

You will own the technical operations layer for our published PC game titles — server provisioning, patch pipelines, monitoring, and incident response. You work directly with game developers and our publishing team to ensure every live game runs reliably across European regions.

What You'll Work On

  • Server provisioning and patch deployment pipelines for live PC games
  • Uptime monitoring, alerting, and on-call incident response (business hours)
  • Infrastructure automation — provisioning scripts, CI/CD for game builds
  • Performance tuning: database queries, CDN configuration, regional latency
  • Working with external developers to ensure operationally sound releases

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or backend infrastructure role
  • Comfortable with Linux, systemd, reverse proxies, and cloud VMs
  • Experience with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
  • Scripting in Bash or Python for automation
  • Game industry experience is a plus — not required

Community & Marketing Manager

Build player communities and drive player acquisition for our European game portfolio.

About the Role

You are the voice of our published games to European players. You manage communities across Discord, Steam, and social media, coordinate launch campaigns, and drive organic and paid player acquisition. This is a broad role with direct impact on how each game performs post-launch.

What You'll Work On

  • Day-to-day community management: Discord, Steam Community, Reddit, social channels
  • Launch planning and execution — announcement campaigns, content calendars, influencer outreach
  • Player acquisition campaigns (paid and organic) across EU markets
  • Translating player feedback into actionable insights for developers
  • Coordinating localisation review with community volunteers and translators

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years managing game communities or running digital marketing for games
  • Strong English — additional European languages (DE, FR, PL, HR) are a major plus
  • Genuine passion for PC games and the players who play them
  • Experience with Steam, Discord, Meta Ads, and community analytics tools
  • Self-directed — you can own a launch calendar with minimal hand-holding

Business Development Executive

Find and sign the next generation of PC games we publish across Europe.

About the Role

You identify promising PC games, approach developers and IP holders, negotiate publishing agreements, and shepherd deals from first contact to signed contract. You are the primary growth driver for Pro Seven's publishing catalogue and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

What You'll Work On

  • Sourcing PC game titles and developers across EU and global markets
  • Evaluating commercial potential: market fit, competition, revenue projections
  • Negotiating and structuring publishing and distribution agreements
  • Attending industry events (Gamescom, GDC, Dev.Play) to build the pipeline
  • Managing ongoing relationships with published developers

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in games publishing, licensing, or games business development
  • Strong network within the European indie/AA PC game development scene
  • Comfortable with deal structuring, revenue share models, and contract basics
  • Fluent English; German, French, or Polish is a significant plus
  • Deep knowledge of the PC games market — Steam charts are your daily reading
